The Wyoming Business Council (WBC) today launched a completely rebuilt application system for its Building Resilient Communities (BRC) – formerly Business Ready Community – grant and loan program, the state’s primary investment tool for infrastructure Wyoming communities need to attract investment, support business growth, and create jobs.
