Rodeo board begins plans for 2021

SHERIDAN — While plans for this year’s Sheridan WYO Rodeo hit a wall when COVID-19 arrived in Wyoming, members of the local rodeo board said they hope many of the ideas and performances will shift to the 2021 event.
Board members recognized that canceling the 2020 event meant a loss of income for a wide range of participants, including sponsors, local businesses, athletes and contractors. With that impact in mind, WYO Rodeo Board President Billy Craft said he hopes to bring many of those participants to the 2021 event.
