In a heartfelt ceremony, veterans were honored in a Welcome Home ceremony last Saturday in Hulett. Gov. Mark Gordon (above), Maj. Gen. Greg Porter and Veterans Commission Chairman Jake Jacobs all spoke at the importance of welcoming home all of our veterans. Master of Ceremonies, NEC Keith Davidson, also spoke about welcoming home all veterans and remembered LeLand Wolf. In conjunction with this ceremony, Mayor Ted Parsons read a proclamation not only declaring the Welcome Home Veterans Day, but also announcing that Hulett is now a Purple Heart Community, the second in Wyoming.
