Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington will unveil a $23 million, 69,000-square-foot facility Thursday.
The new Career and Technical Education Center will serve a number of the school’s needs, including welding and its new barbering program. It was approved by the Community College Commission and received a $20 million appropriation from the Legislature in 2014. Later that year, Goshen County voters passed a bond to provide an additional $3 million.
