The Upton Economic Development Board (UEDB) and Cobblestone Inn & Suites held a groundbreaking event on October 5 for a new hotel north of Highway 16 across from Tiger Transfer, the Upton Logistics Park. The two-story, 45-room, 23,000 square foot hotel is expected to take 9-12 months to complete and is one of several initiatives for the town outlined in the UEDB strategic plan.

The Cobblestone Inn & Suites will consist of two floors, forty-five guest rooms and a conference room for up to 55 people. Additionally, the hotel will feature the brand’s consistent amenities such as an onsite convenience store, complimentary high-speed internet access, on-site guest laundry, Seattle’s Best Coffee, fitness center, and a complimentary breakfast served daily.

Based in Neenah, WI Cobblestone Hotels, LLC is a leading upper-midscale hotel brand with over 160 hotels open, under construction, or in development in 28 states.
