Administrative Assistant Position

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Executive Director(s)

SALARY AND BENEFITS: hourly DOE + qualifications

This is a ¾ time position (up to 30 hours per week) located in Conrad, Montana.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to cordially greet the public, whether on the phone, online, or in person.

• Good writing skills for a variety of tasks, including meeting minutes, grants, loans, reports, etc.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office, QuickBooks,  and similar software proficiently

• Ability to follow a variety of issues and discretion on financial and business information

• Community-minded individual with enthusiasm for local and regional economic development

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school degree

• Perform typing, minutes as required.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls. 

• Respond to emails and calls as received and directed.

• Print, copy, and collate materials, prepare Board meeting packets.

• Assist staff with file management.  

• Assist with research and management of grants, including reporting and all other activities

• Produce annual reports, treasurer reports, drawdown documents, bank statements, loan agreements, and other documents necessary for projects.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time, stand and walk short distances, stoop and bend, handle and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a valid Montana driver’s license.
