Joe Roth

Joe's life story embodies dedication, expertise, and a strong commitment to the community and economic growth in Wyoming.  Joe was born and raised in Wyoming and holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and has been a licensed professional engineer since 2003.  He has had a diverse career, touching upon a wide range of industries, such as aviation, mining, manufacturing, consulting, and electric utilities. In June 2013, his journey led him to Powder River Energy Corporation, where his attention was directed towards transmission and substation design, while ensuring PRECorp's adherence to regulatory compliance obligations. In 2023, Joe was chosen to serve as Vice President of Member Service, a role that highlights his proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with PRECorp's largest members and governing agencies.  Additionally, he serves as the Executive Director of the Powder River Energy Foundation, further demonstrating his commitment to community and corporate social responsibility. Beyond his corporate role, Joe is an active contributor to economic growth and development. He serves on the board of directors for the Energy Capital Economic Development Corporation, dedicating his efforts to stimulate and foster a vibrant and diverse economy. Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe finds joy in his personal life. He is happily married to Berni and is a proud parent of two grown children.
